One of the best places I’ve stayed, (198 this year btw) went out of their way to make sure my stay was fantastic, I was an unexpected arrival late at night as I messed up on booking.com so was a bit stuck (it was after 8pm when I called them) really genuine warm kind people, would recommend to all. to the proprietor, thanks again, Steve

Oh my word. There is nothing better for a break in this lovely city than the wonderful Highview. Just so relaxing and chilled, I was knocked out by the hospitality shown by Claire. Stayed twice while working close-by. Claire is delightful and the accommodation is quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious with a great view. Convenient location with parking.

My mum and I were very lucky to find Highview whilst my dad was in Truro hospital 4 weeks ago. We had a lovely double room with ensuite shower which was spotlessly clean with fresh towels provided daily. The room included a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Claire went out of her way at a very difficult time even taking my mum and I to the hospital, a truly wonderful caring person who couldn’t do enough. I highly recommend staying here.

I found the place from google, but it is one of the best b & b I’ve been to. The owner is very attentive and hospitable, you feel at home and the breakfast is very good. amazing. recommendable.

The entire house is filled with warmth and welcome, not only by the thoughtful decoration and furniture, but by Claire’s friendly personality. My room was clean,warm and had everything I could ask for like a comfy bed/attached shower/a work desk and ample room. The view at night was spectacular from my bedroom window, the lights of Truro gathering around the treasure of Truro, the cathedral. If you need to stop by in Truro, give Highview guest house a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Claire, the owner is amazing. She is sweet, kind, chatty (in a good way) and makes sure that your stay there is as comfortable as she can make it. The place is also super clean!

Highview is a lovely guest house (the dining room is especially nice) not too far from the centre of Truro and I had a very pleasant stay there. The owner Claire is warm and friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to find Highview whilst my Daughter in Law was in hospital and was made so welcome. I stayed in the Cathedral Suite and could come and go as I pleased to fit in with visiting hours. Claire went out of her way to provide such a personal service that I could concentrate on my day to day traumas. I spent quite a lot of time looking for her wings – she is an angel. Had a lovely stay here, Claire was so welcoming. Our room was a beautiful double bedroom with an en suite shower. The room was clean with a nice interior and all the amenities were great. Breakfast in the dining room and the coffee machine were a perfect touch.
